### How much work is it on our side?

### Do we need engineers?
No engineers are needed for a standard Helios setup. Engineering only gets involved if you want Helios to call a private internal API.

### Does it work in Spanish and English?
Helios works natively in English and Spanish, including mixed threads. The agent replies in the language the customer used, with your tone of voice in each.
